Applications of BBa_K1363400
This light inducible circuit works well in E. Coli. when the bacetria containing this part is illuminated by blue light, the growth rate slightly slow down compared to those grow in dark. Approximately 10% drops. It usually takes 10h for the bacteria to grow and present blue. With this part, E.coli would be able to present an image as you project an image on them.
